Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm schedule with hybrid work model
12 - 15 patients per day
Clinic-based setting with home health visits
Split schedule: 3 days field work, 2 days telehealth
Geriatric patient population focus
Hybrid role combining telehealth and home health visits
Three years adult primary care experience required
Must be comfortable working independently
We provide complimentary housing and travel
We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
We provide first-day medical insurance and 401(K)
