Department Overview
The Pain Program is a multidisciplinary team providing pain management as determined by the individual patients needs. They consult with the anesthesiologist and coordinate pain care for patients requiring complex pain assessment and management.
Position Summary
Provides supervision of the daily operations of departments requiring nursing expertise, assuring goals are obtained through planning, implementing and directing programs, procedures, systems and support personnel. Direct supervision of support staff and RN up to 15 FTE's. May require travel to 1-2 sites in relative proximity. This is a working supervisor role with 30-40% clinical care.
Required: *BSN, RN *MN Nursing License *2-5 years of clinical nursing experience *BLS Certification
Preferred: *Pediatrics, ambulatory care setting *Specialty experience, where applicable *Leadership experience
