Atlantic Visiting Nurse, part of Atlantic Health System, is seeking a per diem Unit Associate for the hospice team to work weekends 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Essential Job Functions:

• Heavy patient scheduling, must have excellent customer service, phone and computer skills.
• Must be a strong team player and be able to multi - task.
• Staff sceduling, communicate with customers, family, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Recieve and triage phone calls.
• Create and manage reports as assigned.
• Assistant with management of monthly meetings.
• Crosstrain and learn new skills in effort to advance the department.

Education:

• High School graduate or equvilant education required
• Some college work preferred

Qualification/Requirements:

• Excellent communication, customer service, teamwork and computer skills
• Must be able to work in a fast pased environment

Hours:

• Per Diem: 8:00am to 4:00pm, Weekends
