Coordinates the daily activities of the units. Provides leadership in the Imaging department, utilizing people, technology, and financial resources to efficiently provide services. Consistently promotes a positive work environment by being visible and available to all levels of staff and customers. Key performance indicators include but are not limited to: Patient satisfaction, employee engagement, productivity- financial targets, Red Rule compliance- zero tolerance for breaches, budgets and fiscal responsibility. Schedule: Monday - Friday 7a-3:30pmWhat You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * Would prefer candidate with MRI background and 1-2 years of leadership experience* 2 years of experience as a technologist* 1 years of lead or supervisory experience, preferred* Efficiency in time management and interpersonal skills* ARRT, ARDMS or CNMT registry in at least one of assigned modalities* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association* High School Degree or GED, required. * Associate's Degree, required.* Bachelor's Degree, preferredMedium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)Your Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen.
