Position Information:
The Iowa City IA VA Health Care System (ICVAHCS) is seeking talented American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-R)Certified Diagnostic Radiologic Technologists (DRT) and Advanced Computed Tomography (CT) Specialists to join our Imaging Service Line team to provide high quality and compassionate care to our Veterans. The DRT and CT Technologists will perform the full spectrum of radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations and will confer with Radiologist to determine standard and non-standard required patient exams, and reports and advises physician on examination results. The ICVAHCS Medical Center operates 83 beds and is academically affiliated with the University of Iowa College of Medicine. Work Schedule is Mondays – Fridays, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
Must be U.S. Citizen (Non-Citizens May Be Considered)
Must have completed full-time training course of at least 24 months in duration (or equivalent) in a post-high school diagnostic radiologic technology program, evidenced by a certificate or associate degree accredited by Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) – Provide Degree Transcripts
Must have American Registry of Radiologic Technology (DRT) General Radiologic and Advanced Certification for assignment as Computed Tomography (CT)

Expected annual salary range for DRT is $41,447 - $64,410 and for CT $54,727 - $71,146
