Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Nurse Practitioner
The Jesse Brown VA Medical Center's Home-Based Primary Care program cares for Veterans who live throughout the city of Chicago and the counties of Northwest Indiana. Care is provided in patients' homes by an interdisciplinary team of professional staff. The (HBPC) Nurse Practitioner (NP) is a vital member of this team and is responsible for assessment, planning, prescribing, and participation in the delivery of health care to Veterans. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
