ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Part Time/Per VIsit Occupational Therapist. The successful candidate will support the Eastern portion of Sussex County area - specifically Rehoboth and the beaches including Millsboro and Georgetown. Commonly we treat patients with a variety of cognitive deficits related to diagnoses such as CVA, TBI, head/neck surgery, dementia, and other neuro disorders. This position will allow flexible scheduling, ability to treat great variety of patient diagnoses, and the opportunity to work with a strong team of professionals in a supportive learning environment.

As an Occupational Therapist you will:

• Collaborate and lead one or more COTA
• Complete a target of at least 20 visits a month; these may be completed in the evenings and/or on weekends assuming patient willingness
• Engage with adult and geriatric patients to support a safe home environment

Requirements:

• Requires 1 year of experience as a OT; appropriate licensure.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Proof of a valid driver's license and active auto insurance is required.
