WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider with Palliative Care experience for an Inpatient and Outpatient position at our Indianapolis, IN location at Franciscan Health Palliative Care.

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have past Palliative or Home Health Care experience, with a focus on clinical excellence, and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• PRN Schedule

• Rotating weekends and holidays for inpatient only

• No call expectation

• Experience in palliative care or Home Health Care, preferred

• Inpatient/Outpatient

• Outreach to Mooresville and Indianapolis locations
