Registered Nurse - Home Based Primary Care Program Director
The Home Based Primary Care (HBPC) Program Director is a registered, professional nurse; dedicated to the responsibilities of program management/operations, accountable for the supervision and evaluation of care for patients enrolled in the program. Management functions include, but are not limited to: planning, staffing, directing, budgeting, evaluating/tracking the program, and developing VA and community relationships. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
