Cancer Outreach Coordinator/Educator (RN) - Community Health Outreach & Ed

We are looking to hire an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about serving the community with cancer screenings and has a drive for clinical excellence and a reputation for being a team player. Graham Center & Research Institute on Christiana Campus.
The Unit
The Community Health Outreach and Education program is located at the Helen F Graham Cancer Center and Research Institute on the Christiana Campus. This program provides outreach and public education about cancer prevention, early detection and other health topics relevant for the community population. This position with provide one on one education and navigation for cancer screenings, participate in community activities. Develop and implement culturally appropriate education focused on impacting cancer control.

Education & Requirements:
- BSN required, Oncology certification preferred
- 2-3 years of clinical oncology nursing preferred or comparable experience
- Experience in public education activities may be on the volunteer level
- Oncology certification preferred. Background in health education and community health concepts.
- Able to work occasional evening and weekend assignments.
