Performs high-level secretarial duties in an efficient and effective manner, in accordance with departmental objectives, assuring optimal secretarial services are provided to the highest level of productivity. Her/his activities contribute significantly to the smooth running of the overall Spiritual Care Services department and the Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) program. Responsible for consistently displaying a teamwork approach, considering the impact of his/her actions and behaviors on others. Knowledge of office procedures and practices. Ability to express oneself effectively both through verbal and written form. Ability to follow up and document key areas of concern. Excellent organizational skills with effective time management. He/she is an adjunct for any special projects and reports, assists with calendar management and scheduling, preparation for and reporting on meetings, tracking and assisting with follow-up with stakeholders as needed to ensure timely completion of projects, contracts, correspondence, and other duties as needed.
