Providence St. Jude Medical Center is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner to join its compassionate Palliative Care team in Fullerton, California. This is an inpatient and consultative role which involves goals of care assessments, symptoms management and managing end of life care while collaborating with the outpatient team, hospitalists, intensivists and other caregivers. The ideal candidate will be eager to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while also showing an interest in committees and meetings related to Palliative Care. This is a great opportunity to join a strong, mission-driven group while providing vital Palliative Care services to this Orange County community.
