Clinical Nurse - Anesthesia Pain Service (Outpatient)

Provide as an integral member of the anesthesia pain team direct nursing care in an outpatient setting.
Work within a Nurse-Physician based Ambulatory Care Practice Model.
Provide patient education on medication regiments and interventional treatment options.
Act as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide continuity of care to patients throughout various stages of treatment and follow-up.
Collaborate treatment plans with home care and other outside providers.
New York State RN license
Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing
Proficiency with clinical and office software ( Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel)
2 - 4 years of oncology experience highly preferred
Hours: 10 hour days flexed Monday - Friday
