Work Hours/Shift:

Full-time Day Shift 

 

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Providing home health patients with assistance in activities of daily living such as bathing and personal care
  • Providing home health patients with assistance in instrumental activities of daily living such as preparing meals, shopping, performing light or heavy house-work and laundry

Qualifications
What You Will Need:
  • Current BLS required
  • Minimum 1 year NA experience preferred
Job Summary:

This position is accountable for assisting the health professional by providing personal health care services and assistance with activities of daily living to the patient as specifically identified in a written assignment and necessary for the accomplishment of patient care plan goals.
