Directing and managing direct patient care
Administering prescribed treatments, medications and nursing interventions
Organizing and prioritizing time based on patient condition and workload
Promoting a professional practice environment
Identifying and communicating individualized patient needs
Current Pennsylvania RN license
Current BLS Health Care Provider Certification
BSN or enrolled in a BSN program
Graduate of an NLN accredited/approved nursing program
Minimum of 1 year related nursing experience
