Advocate Health Care, the largest health system in Illinois, is seeking bc/be Palliative Medicine Physicians to join its growing, Palliative Care Program. Advocate’s Palliative Care program provides care to patients in multiple settings; Inpatient, at Advocate hospitals throughout Chicago and Central Illinois; Outpatient centers; through our home-based palliative care program; and in 37-plus skilled nursing facilities.
